The GROW Project is built on the philosophy of “Learn, Decide, Grow.” According to the initiative’s latest outreach, the program focuses on moving beyond basic support to provide deep, practical business training.
Women enrolled in the project gain essential skills in several key areas:Strategic Planning: Learning how to map out a long-term vision for their business,Financial Literacy: Mastering pricing strategies and money management to ensure profitability, and Executive Decision-Making: Building the confidence to make high-stakes choices that drive growth.
This isn’t just a local effort; it is a high-level strategic partnership designed for nationwide impact. The project is a Government of Uganda initiative, spearheaded by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development in tandem with the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU).
