You can call him lucky, blessed or whatever you want, but Eddy kenzo just keeps winning. With all the controversey surrounding his life and career in the past few weeks, the self proclaimed Love Nigga has registered another major win for Uganda.
The big talents CEO’s song MBILO MBILO will feature in a brand new Netflix movie dubbed “Holiday in the Wild” a blockbuster released two days ago, and starring Hollywood greats Kristin Davis and Rob Lowe.
Released in 2016, MBILO MBILO is an African folk song produced by producer Kusseim that was used as the soundtrack for the movie Queen of Katwe Motion picture. Eddy kenzo later did a remix of the song with Nigerian songstress Niniolla.
By some margin, it’s one of his best songs, and it must have attracted a lot of attention from the movie makers to be included in the new film. The singer revealed the good news yesterday via his twitter that the song will feature in the film. “Holiday In the world “ was released on 1st November 2019.
The movie is directed by Ernie Barbara’s, produced by Brad Krevoy and distributed by Netflix. It tells a story of a lady who ended her marriage with her husband, and embarked on a solo second honey moon in Africa. Kudos Eddy kenzo
