Adam Mulwana -The artist well known for his song “Toka kwa Balabala” is dead.
He has for a long time been battling a strange illness.
He passed on this morning at his home in Makindye where he has been staying.
Details about the cause of his death are yet to be disclosed but it is indicated that he has been battling liver complications.
Mulwana shot to the limelight during the 2016 General elections and his hit “Toka kwa Balabala Besigye anayingiya” became a campaign song for presidential candidate Dr. Besigye and all FDC candidates.
Before his death, he expressed disappointment that fellow artists had not given him a helping hand and some FDC bigwigs who he campaigned for during the 2016 general elections have also shunned him.
The singer who has worked closely with singer Haruna Mubiru from Eagles Production to Kream band until the two singing groups were disbanded, disclosed that he is battling liver complications.
