Pastor Wilson Bugembe today donated relief aid of a section of vulnerable Ugandans who are struggling to cope with the ongoing lockdown due to COVID-19.
Among the beneficiaries of Pastor Bugembe’s generosity are the people of Nansana where his church is located and Ugandan Deejays.
Speaking during the handover at the RDC’s office in Nansana Municipality, Bugembe said that Jesus always urged Christians to help those that don’t have and therefore it could be unfair of him not to help those around him.
Bugembe handed over to the RDC a truckload of food items including rice, bread, Matooke, cartons of salt.
He also handed over 700 Dollars to the deejays through their Coordinator DJ Nimrod of Galaxy FM as part of the 1000 dollars pledge to help them.
Pastor Bugembe has now also inked his name among the pastors who have so far extended help to distressed Ugandans in the trying time, including Pr. Aloysius Bugingo and Pr. Robert Kayanja.
