The ministry of Health has conformed 3 more cases of COVID-19 in Uganda.
Out of the 419 samples that were tested on Friday, 3 turned out positive, which brings the total number of confrimed cases in the country to 48.
The new cases include a 33 year old male, resident of Mengo, Kampala who arrived from the US on 18th March 2020.
Another one is a 37 year old Ugandan female who arrived from Dubai, UAE on 22nd March 2020. The third is a 54 year old male resident of Bugolobi Kampala who also arrived from Dubai, UAE on 20th Mach 2020.
MOH says all 48 confirmed cases are in stable condition at Mulago National Specialized Hospital, Entebbe Grade B Hospital, Adjumani and Hoima hospitals.
