Around this time of the year, for the past 5 years, DJ’s ROJA & SlickStuart have been having their Mixtape Party. Come this Friday, the Multipurpose Hall, UMA showgrounds will be hosting the sixth Edition.

The DJ duo during their press conference yesterday at the venue promised that this is going to be their biggest Mixtape Party ever-going by the venue, the sponsors, and the preparation behind it all. The party which was birthed in 2014 with the inaugural edition hosted at Club Venom has continued to grow bigger and better over the years.

Following a successful first edition, the party was shifted to Laftaz swimming pool where it was held in 2015 and 2016. The duo then moved the party to Golf course Hotel for the 4th & 5th editions. Just this year, the DJ duo have managed to remain relevant with songs like “Sunday” in which they feature artist Toniks, ‘More of this” where they feature Artist Rema among others .

To add more spice to the Uganda Waragi sponsored event, several artists, DJs and MCs have been added onto the lineup of the entertainers for the night. “We changed the venue to UMA multipurpose hall this year to comfortably accommodate the growing number of fans who complained last year that Golf course was small.” DJ SlickStuart answered when he was asked why they changed the venue from Golf Course to UMA Multi purpose Hall.

The MIXTAPE PARTY will be happening this Friday 8th November and entrance is 20k ordinary and 1M a table.
