Former Permanent Secretary Office of the Prime Minister Keith Muhakanizi has passed on.
Muhakanizi who was the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasuary died in Milan Italy where he had receiving treatmrnt.
It is alleged that Muhakanizi has been battling cancer for a long time.
In July 2021, Muhakanizi was transfered from the Ministry of Finance where he had served as PSDT to the OPM.
An accomplished economist, Keith Muhakanizi was born in Rukungiri District to the late Rev. Kosia Kajwengye and the late Zerida.
