Hajji Nsereko Mutumba, the former spokesperson of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) is dead.
Nsrereko Mutumba passed on at Rubaga Hospital but the exact cause of his sudden death is not yet known.
At the time of his death, Mutumba was the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Kayunga district an office he has held for a few months having been appointed in March 2022.
