Uganda Airlines receives two more Bombardier Jets

Uganda Airline’ fleet has grown from two to four airplanes after receiving two more jets on Monday.

The 3rd and 4th Cranes; Canadian made CRJ900’s arrived on Monday, and were received by the state minister for Works and Transport Gen. Katumba Wamala.

The latest additions increase Uganda Airlines’ fleet to four Aircraft’s joining other two CRJ900 Bombardier jets that were received in April this year.

5x-KDP named after Kidepo National Park landed at exactly 15:05, while 5x-KNP named after Kabalega National Park landed five minutes later and both received a water salute upon landing at Entebbe International Airport.

The CEO Uganda Airline said it’s a major milestone and many more, larger Aircraft are coming come 2021.

“We have reached a major milestone today. In December 2020 and January 2021 we shall be receiving the Airbus Aircraft that we shall use to connect to international world” Conwell Muleya, Ag CEO Uganda Airlines said.
