Retired Principal judge Justice Jeremiah Herbert Shyamba Ntabgoba is dead.
The late justice Ntabgoba breathed his last at about midnight on Saturday at the age of 81.
Ntabgoba, will be remembered as a principled man, and he was listed as a reputable judge by Marquis Who’s Who.
Ntabgoba, Jeremiah Herbert was born on July 21, 1939 in Kisoro, Uganda. Son of Zakayo Bakunzi Rugiriki and Maria Bakunzi Nyirajana.
According to sources close to his family, the deceased had diabetes but a massive stroke took a heavy toll on his life since about end of last year.
He served as a puisne judge, High Court Uganda, Kampala, 1978-1981; principal judge, High Court Uganda, Kampala, since 1989.
He survived by a widow -Hon. Jeninah Ntabgoba, and six children.
