Uganda Cranes emerged winners of the CECAFA 2019 Senior Challenge Cup after a decisive 3-0 win over Eritrea in the final game.
Goals from Bright Anukani in the 31st minute, Mustafa Kizza in the 68th minute and Joel Madondo in the 89th minute of the game gave the Cranes their 15th CECAFA title.
In the road to the finals, Eritrea knocked out defending champions Kenya 4-1 in the early kick off.
Oscar Wamalwa (own goal), Abel Solomon Okbay, Michael Habte Gebremesqel and Robel Kidane found the goals for Eritrea.
Wamalwa scored the consolation for Kenya.
Hosts Uganda progressed to the finals after overcoming Tanzania 1-0 with the winning goal coming from striker Fahad Bayo in the 86th minute.
