Uganda National Examination results for Mityana Municipality MP Hon. Francis Butebi Zaake have leaked.
The leaked document circulating on social media shows that Hon. Zaake sat for his Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) at Mityana Modern Secondary School in 2010, under candidate registration/index number; U0685/150.
The results also show that Zaake passed in grade 4, but failed both English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. However, he scored credits in History, CRE, Art and Commerce.
The hot-headed legislator’s command of the English language became questionable following his interview with Voice of America television (VOA) in USA, when he struggled to express himself in the queens language.
All through the interview Zaake stammered, was repetitive, and exhibited poor communication skills worth of a legislator from Uganda where English is the official language.
The MP according to social media enthusiasts was so excited to be interviewed by the American TV and this rendered him nervous hence failing to speak out required answers for the posed questions.
Asked about the situation of opposition in Uganda, Zaake replied; “Yah the situation in Uganda about, especially about the opposition is the continued actually torture, arrests on the opposition, the continued situation in Uganda with the government that the government continues.” He said.
Hon. Zaake is also set to face the disciplinary committee of parliament for his violent conduct following an incident when he attacked Makerere Vice Chancellor Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe during a parliamentary committee probe on cases of mismanagement at Makerere University.
