Investigations into alleged death threats against state minister for investment Hon. Evelyn Anite have kicked off today sabsabaupdates has confirmed.
The investigations commenced on Monday after Minister Anite recorded a statement at Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Unit (CIID) headquarters, following allegations that she continues to receive death threats from people she referred to as “mafias.”
Spokesperson for police Fred Enanga confirmed that the investigations will start with Anite’s phone records since she claims she has been receiving threatening messages on her cellphone.
